ATDC's headquarters is in Centergy One, a 12-story building located at Georgia Tech's Technology Square campus in Midtown Atlanta. There, ATDC members are part of a dynamic community of technology-based startup companies, investors, service providers and the Technology Association of Georgia. This new facility allows ATDC to offer an unprecedented level of services in what is one of Atlanta's most prestigious addresses for technology companies.

ATDC is an integral part of a new facility at the heart of Georgia Tech's growing research program in the life sciences and environmental engineering. The 87,000-square-foot Ford Environmental Science and Technology Building houses facilities and programs in biomedical engineering, earth and atmospheric sciences, clean energy, the environment, sustainable technologies, chemical engineering and biological sciences. The incubator portion of the building includes wet labs, space for new ventures and offices for entrepreneurs.

In collaboration with the Georgia Tech Regional Engineering Program, Georgia Tech Enterprise Innovation Institute, the Georgia Department of Economic Development, Savannah Economic Development Authority, Coastal BETA and other local organizations, ATDC launched a new initiative in Savannah during spring 2002. The program assists new ventures arising from Savannah's diverse technology community that includes the Savannah College of Art and Design and a growing community of startups.

Responding to opportunities for high-tech growth in central Georgia, ATDC opened facilities in the Middle Georgia Technology Development Center (MGTDC) in Warner Robins in 1991. Many of ATDC's Warner Robins companies provide technology products and services to support Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, the state's largest industrial complex.
